We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Smithey isn't the perfect fit for your kitchen, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused ironware in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
